Dojos & Classes
Students belong to a Class, and a Class belongs to a Dojo. Deleting a Dojo or a Class also deletes everything under it — its classes and, in turn, their students — so both ask you to confirm first.
Pending Invites
Accounts that have been invited in Supabase but haven't accepted yet. Cancel an invite here if it was sent to the wrong address or is no longer needed.

People & Access
Role and name changes save automatically. New accounts are created in Supabase (Authentication → Users → Invite user) — they'll show up here the moment the invite is accepted. Assignments only take effect for people holding the Instructor role.

Bulk Import Students (CSV)
Import a batch of students into one class at once. The CSV needs a header row.
Only full_name is required — rank, art,
join_date (YYYY-MM-DD), notes, waiver_signed_date
(YYYY-MM-DD), emergency_contact_name, and emergency_contact_phone
are all optional columns.
